Villain is 30/1/1.5 in 163 hands.

As can be deducted by his stats, he hasnīt been doing anything brilliant. I had stolen a lot from his blind. I didnīt know what to think of his flop min raise. Then he checked the turn, and him being a not too tricky player, I sensed weakness, but got min check-raised again!! Is the turn bet just a mistake, turning my hand into a bluff?

Turn bet is mistake IMO, I like checking behind for pot control especially after getting check/minraised on the flop already. I hope someone was going for the trifecta against you here /images/graemlins/laugh.gif.

i would have probably checked behind for pot control and to see what he would do on the river. since it appears he is very passive when first to act, he may just check again giving you a cheap/free showdown if you want. he could also have AA or AK but i would have figured for a 3bet preflop. i've seen top set get checked on all three streets and the villian winning a limped pot before so it isnt something you can discount, although this is probably not the case here.

Definitely check the turn here. You fell into his "trap".

Even if he has 2 pair you have a lot of outs, so you don't want to be bet off your hand which is what happened.
