I might check behind on the turn because it does some pot control with the deep stacks, and induces bluffs from villain on the river.

Then you can call river if villain bets, and bet yourself if he checks.

This prevents you from felting 180bbs with one pair.

With villains stats, I was thinking about if you ever have the best hand on the turn. I really think you might not.

This is 25NL ? right so stacks arent that deep correct?

I check turn behind for pot conrtol here turn check min raise screams strenght to me to I fold sometimes here.

Your pot commited on the river so thats a no brainer IMO but I think turn is fold or push you cant just leave yourself with 3 bucks on the river cause its going in anyways IMO is this bad?

oh right 25nl.. I just didn't imgaine you'd be sitting with 18 at 25nl

reload pre hand

and... push the turn.

I don't understand how pushing it makes any difference here.. I thought about pushing instaid of calling but I thought "oh well if he bets on river I call, I check behind if he checks"
Or do you mean push it after he checks...?

edit: oops, didn't see that we had so little $ left. turn push is obv, but i like the checking that others have mentioned.

yea or fold just calling makes no sense the pot is huge and we only have 3 bucks left were not folding river if villian bets and villian almost never checks river here unless he raised with air on the turn.

Like I said before I like check on the turn best.

do we really want to push ai here? even though he just minraised this looks Balugaish. I'm not suggesting that we fold, I just think we are needlessly putting our chips at risk by pushing over the top here .

[/ QUOTE ]

It's like $3 more after he minraises. If we're calling the minraise, we're certainly getting it in on the river, so just push and save yourself the trouble of having to call your last $2 when a Q hits the river.

the issue here can't be wether to go all in or not on turn.. as you said, a river call is obvious..

Without a specific read that the other player over values their hands, a turn check-raise means the person can at least beat top pair. So, they have KK or better. How much are you willing to gamble with one pair?
