Just starting 6max ... villain is 18/15 after 40 hands ... this is usually either a flat call or fold? Never a raise unless prior history right?

I sometimes flat call but my default is to 3-bet, fold to the 4-bet

As played it's a fold. I will 3-bet against a loosey goosey but not against this type of player.

Fold....villain is too tight to be 3betting you with nothing here.
