Both players were very weak and cold calling often, and I knew they would go all the way if they had a flush draw, but I didnt think they would be slowplaying a set with this board.
So instead of making a sizeable bet and having a tough decision if the flush came on the river and they shoved, I decided to shove them in here- how bad of a play was this?

I think your line is fine... If anything, bet more on the flop (pot), but still shove turn. If your read is that they're calling a lot with junk, then that's the perfect turn card for you and their stacks are only about pot-sized. There are a lot of scare cards you could see on the river, so I think getting it in on the turn is best. Villain called with A7o, right? /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Grunch.

Bet more preflop, if your plan was to push it on the turn, you should have made a psb (or 1.5*psb) on the flop and pushed any non over and non spade.

I really don't like this play at all, I would have 3 barreled 3/4 of the pot to psb depending on the street.
