Neteller Problems

Okay, I am a US citizen, and i had 100 dollars left on neteller after they had that whole thing with the US. And I tried to withdraw the money but it has been atleast 3 months since I made the withdrawal and I have yet to recieve my money. Ive emailed them atleast 5 times and still have yet to recieve any feedback from them. So any advice on what I should do next.
