whats up with the min bet/reraise

I play at .05NL and i've been seeing a lot of min bets on the river. I'll normally make a 1/2 size pot bet or more only to get ra-raised sometimes (happened 4 times tonight) all in. I have never in my life see this type of play on the river. Has anybody else experienced this or is this just a fluke? I folded to the big bet on the end so i'm not sure if it's a bluff or the nuts most of the time when somenody does this

And you play $5nl? People do that all the time at these limits. How to cope with it? Depends on your reads, some villians simply never bet half the pot but always 2bb or something like that, just respect their raises. And be glad they don't get paid of on their quads.
