After rereading Tien's awesome post (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=7828437&page=0&vc=&PHPSE SSID=#Post7828437) I've been adding more aggressive plays like this to my lines.

What do you think of this kind of line?

Thats actually a 4 bet. I dont like ur line against an unknown cause its very possible you are drawing to a heart. I expect to get called by A2/A7 here alot.

Its ok but this is probably a flip with no f/e. I would like it better if he had a bigger stack

no, it's a 3bet, hero bets, villain raises, hero 3bets. this is ok, i think you have decent FE here, depends on the villain though, many will just bluff raise you.

[/ QUOTE ]yeah it's a 3bet and when people raise your initial flop bet it's not a reraise and those things irritate the [censored] outta me and make me not want to read uNL /images/graemlins/frown.gif. Anyways, the hand sucks.

I like it better with middle/bottom pair- you tend to have more outs.
