No reads, how do i navigate this disaster flop?

There's no point in c-betting this flop vs 2 players that won't fold K8o here...

If three opponents then give up, but I don't see why you wouldn't c-bet here with position. I totally c-bet 3/4 pot then give up. If I'm wrong let me know, but there's not a whole lot of reasons not to c-bet. You also should size your pre-flop bets a little bigger. One of these guys might have folded and you would have had a much easier decision.

Pot's small and you need to get your money in so I might min-raise, but I hate doing that. If you think he'll call then raise pot. If he's weak-tight then just call.

I don't see why you shouldn't cbet. Your pf raise was smallish (I would have made it 0.40), your callers are in the blinds, and people at 10NL often defend their blinds loosely/play passive enough for a cbet to be profitable here. But in many cases raising to 4xBB will probably help this situation not come up as much. If you get called then easy check/fold.
