Nice fold imo. I used to call sucha pushes and in my experience villian has u beat in ~80%.
Pot is small no use to get stacked.

i usually call here. he could have the queen and be trying to induce your call by going ai to rep a weaker flush but you can't assume that w/no reads. as a result i'm calling and if he pushed here w/the queen i make a note. (i actually did something similar last night in a live game, but it was w/people i play w/all the time so i was very confident i would get called down. i mention this only to emphasize the fact that since you have no read you shouldn't give him too much credit for having the nuts here)

depends who you are playing against. some people at these limits like to make small bets or min raise with the nuts while others like to check and blow their load when they hit/on the river. i don't think this is an instacall, but i don't think it's an autofold.

i think this is an easy fold. As the betting goes, our hero has no money invested. Why would someone bet 24 after only investing one. Fold. FOLD FOLD FOLD FOLD

Are you guys playing NL25? Even without read this is a +EV call. People do go crazy a lot. Maybe he flopped a set. Maybe he hit 2 pair. Maybe he turned a flush.

And more importantly, most people do value bet the nuts differently.

Hence, calling is clear. And after the hand you take a note (maniac or nut-pusher, depending on his holding)

Easy fold. Overbet at 25NL is the nuts almost always. No need to go busto here. Why would he overbet the pot with a mediocre diamond?

Seems like some of the ppl giving advice on this forum still can't grasp the pot odds concept. Anyone who says calling this bet is + EV is smoking something.

And while i'll be the first to admit I've seen bad play at the micros , not many micro stakes players are betting 12X the pot on the river with bottom pair. Not giving credit to your opponents is dangerous no matter what the stakes.

I think this is a fold but I hate villain for being so stupid. I watch him and buddy list him if he confirms my read that he is a retard. With no reads, I don't like calling this huge bet. It depends on villain and table conditions though. If there was a lot of overbetting and bluffing wildly and stuff, I certainly call here. Since you have no information like that here, you can't make the call.

After reading the replies here I think I'm going to play this hand same as villain if I have the nut flush. Seems like I would get good value from a lot of people if they hold the 2nd nut flush.
