if you reraise pot on the flop it makes the hand easier to play. so raise to about $1. then just get it in on the turn, which should be a psb since the pot will probably be around $3 on the turn.

Yeah as soon as i made my raise i noticed it was way too small. You still get in on turn after flush hits against 2 opponents though? And as played, are u checking behind on river or value betting?

check as play, bigger raise on flop needed. i dont mind a check down, no worse hands are calling you.

actually i think a thin value bet is in order on the river to get value from dodgy two pairs, maybe a stubborn top top.

I would check here you are only get called by a J or flush ...

you could raise some more on the flop btw.

Why did you check on the turn? I would want to find out if someone made his flush or not. You're also letting people draw cheap when they have one flush card.

I would check on the river.

So you bet and give up the hand when called/raised?
Why are we betting? We pay better hands and don't extract from worse hands.

guys this is 5nl. if someone rivered or turned a two pair hand they will not be able to stop themselves looking a small river bet up.

i like the check on the turn, since a check raise attempt is very likely. if the 4th /images/graemlins/club.gif comes, you're not paying off. i think pot control &gt; giving bad odds here.

I actually like putting SB all in here. Its an overbet but it has value IMO.

Thanks for the responses. I like the idea of overbetting a lot, i think you mean on the flop? I guess could see it on the river too. I think I shoulda valuebet even if it was just .50 on the river. I don't think I have to be too worried about being check raised bluffed at this level (maybe I'm wrong?). For any people who like results: I checked, SB had Q10o no club, BB had 109o no club, and I [censored] myself.
