It's like trying to put a lvl 3 play on a lvl 1 donk I don't see him ever calling when your ahead save plays like that for the higher lvl's

what do you expect him to do, fold aces up?

you have a big draw on the turn, smooth call and try to get lucky. At these levels people just dont lay down hands, especially when hes showing strength on that turn bet.

what hand are you trying to push him off? it's not likely he has flush draw

I think there are many advantages to this play. If he calls and you hit the river hes pot commited for his stack, but I dont like how few chips you have left compared to the pot size on the river. If he pushes your screwed, but I agree at higher limits your fe will be better. Overall IM ok with the move, maybe a little smaller raise but thats me

well im obv not folding here. i think i leveled myself because i said a push will be too obvious as a draw so by potting it he will know im pot committed and im not going anywhere. =( this is where as soon as i made the bet i went WTF ARE YOU DOING. THIS FISH DOESNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO SPELL POT LET ALONE COMMITTED AND YOURE LIKE 3RD LEVELING HIM!!!!! JACKASS!!!!!

just call usually. I'd only make this move against someone I had a read one.

I think I like it... could be less than top pair or club draw reasonably often and you might get ~AT to fold occasionally. It's definitely not horrible. Depends on your style- I 9 table and am pretty nitty w/o reads, I would just call here but w/e.

i actually call here. dont like raising as much on the turn.

he's rarely folding an ace, but the size of his bet screams weakness. i dont mind your play here as much, but i think i prefer doing it with a hand like air. whereas it would be much easier to fold instead of having to get pushed on here (which would suck a bit).

Why ever semi bluff at these stakes. This is a very spew play. He's giving you amazing odds to draw to a straight and flush. Complete spew. Just call and get it in on the river when you hit.

readless...no way im doing this, take the 3:1 odds. Ax calls all day long here.

mach,

He is giving you good odds here. Hitting hte BFD is good, as well as the gutter. I think you should just call the turn.

i often used to play like this, but since when i have 12 + outs that usually means I am not going to hit any of them, i just call so i can fold river.

I don't like it without a read, villain almost definitely has an ace and he very rarely folds it.

I think a call here makes more sense, you have 12 outs, he has AK/AJ/AcXc a lot so you need to hit, i dont see much fold equity and you only have 25% ish equity when it all goes in - getting AI on the flop isnt so bad tho.

Call the turn. I don't think you have enough fold equity against Ax, and he obviously doesn't fold two pair.

thanx for the input. as i said before i hated it as soon as i hit bet. i got lucky and he folded. phew. think ill save this for solid reads and higher limits
