I do well at NL25

But terribly at NL50

I really don't know why, my game doesn't change really, people just seem to chase more at NL50 for some reason.

Any ideas? /images/graemlins/confused.gif I'd love to move to NL50, I've heard that people play just as bad, and 2x blinds = 2x profit!

Thanks for any suggestions. I hate losing $50 at a time.

you played nl25 for 9k hands and your nl50 graph is about 427 hands, that is a small session and not a good sample size. pure variance with 2BI down.. Keep your head up and play straight forward

Ok, I'll wait for my bankroll to hit $500 then I'll give it another go. Just had a super $200 run so hopefully it wont take long to get up a notch of the ladder!

Maybe you wait til you reach 750$. 15BIs is good for a shot. Id never play a limit where i only got 10BIs in my roll..

The more $$ you have the less you feel worried about your plays and beats.

Wait. Your BR is not big enough and TBH you didn't play enough hands in $25NL

And of course, if you look at one losing session as how you doing in a level something is very wrong.

you need to watch some videos and read some more of the stat thread/microbrew

Dude, some people play $50 NL with 3k bankrolls. I even know someone who plays with a $9k roll alot too... being prepared for the worst and you're already ahead of the game. Bankroll management is seriously what seems like 60% of poker.

First of all this statement is not correct. Each level is harder than the one before. I don't care what anyone says, it just is.

Also, your statement about losing $50 at a time gives me a hint that your prob not playing your normal nl$25 game. Anytime you move up a level it's natural to go on a very subtle tilt, play a little more spew, or just not play your natural game. Keep posting hands and studying. Build up a strong BR and take another shot. GL
