I know i was supposed to reraise PF here but ive been doing that alot and wanted to change things up. Villain makes a very small scared bet on the river. In the long run do you make the crying call or fold? I had to call 4.50 into a pot of 19.85? Call or fold?

I think it's still a lay down... even if he has exactly QhQd or KhKd, OP is still playing for a chop w/ the straight on the board.
So he's really risking $5 to win $10. Easy fold.
