Hard spot, but I am calling. Showing weakness on this scare card by checking is an invitation to bluff. Your queen also kills many of the straight hands. You're getting 2-1 go for it.

call, no way he has an 8 unless its Ah8h. I'd probly lead the river for 10 though, and call any raise cause it looks like he only has ~19 left

Uh, what do you think you're facing that has you beat here? TJ, T8, J9, J8? Without a read it's tough to put villain on a hand like J8 or T8 or even J9 (for me at least). I'm definitely calling here without a read, and I don't think the decision is that hard. I would prefer a bet of 10 on the river.

edit: QT is possible as well, but you're beating that here. Your check indicates weakness, and he could very well be taking a stab at the pot with a weaker pair.
