I'd shove AKs preflop here so I'd probly shove QQ preflop here as well. I guess u could argue minraising pf and saving you 12 when someone happens to have KK/AA

UTG's hand really looks like AdKx or AxKd, BB's hand looks like JJ-77. I would be fairly certain that your flush draw is no good, but you almost have to raise here because of the pre-flop action.
