Villain was pretty loose and not very good.

I am never quite sure how to play ako oop, and I think the way I played it here is not good, how bad is it, and what should I do next time?

I am not sure you want to be reraising with AKo OOP against a raise and a reraise. It's an aggressive play, and could help take down some solid preflop pots, but it is unlikely that MP comes in here with anything less than 10-10 or JJ. So if you're determined to reraise preflop, you probably should give it up on the flop, as weak as that play may be. At 25NL, nobody is laying down JJ-AA on that flop, and you're not getting 10-10 out for sure.

Calling the $3 OOP is probably not the best play either since you show no aggression by doing that and don't give yourself a chance to win the pot without flopping a huge hand.

I'm not really sure how I go about preflop, maybe just call to keep the pot smaller with the weaker hand (again, I think MP has minimum of 10-10 here, even if he is loose) and then give up the flop. If he's loose, he'll call you with any overpair/set, and probably some underpairs too like 99, 88, 77.

I didn't want to include villain's hand in fear of being results oriented, but he had 99.

I think your line is ok.

I don't mind flat-calling OOP, but if you think your loose opponent's more often raising with hands you beat or flip with, then raising PF is fine.

why flat call with AKo? your investing 2.50 more when you could use that for 4 more rounds to wait for a better spot. with raise and a reraise before you, you know someones got at least 99 and your gonna have to hit the flop to stand a chance. i would fold here, is that wrong? if so, why?

I feel like folding in that situation is rather weak since its possible that the reraise could be AQ or AJ (some players can get real frisky with those hands at this limit). AK OOP here is not like KQ or AJ OOP; you still have a strong hand and can easily outflop your opponent and win a decent pot. I think AK's value here is atleast worth a call.

Calling here with AK puts you in an RIO situation.

Raise or fold (and fold only if you can put 3bettor on supertight 3b range or UTG is raising .9% of hands) - OP your line is fine.
