North Dakota licensing attempt

Last year, North Dakota tried to legislate a licensing regime for online gaming. They are now trying to do it again. Is there any other recent news on North Dakota?

I am originally from North Dakota, and I followed this quite closely before the UIGEA. My dad (who plays online), had several discussions with Congressman Kasper around the time some of those links were originally posted.

We really should support him. I am going to at least send him an email expressing my enthusiasm, and I recommend others do the same. We have to let everyone who is on our side know that we support them 100% and are noticing what they are doing.
