Two hands from today. I don't really have reads because I can't seem to get PokerAce working.

Hand 1: ok, I know I screwed this one up. I'm just wondering how some people would play it differently. I usually re-raise here, but I thought about a)mixing it up a little bit and b) people seem to fold to 3-bets quite a bit, and I thought I could extract a little more money this way.

Hand 1 - Yuck! Flat call p/f is fine for the reasons you stated, flop were you going for the c/r? I usually would although chk call wouldnt be bad either but chk call turn is horrible, I prolly lead out after flop goes chk/chk but as played you have to c/r and lead river. Seeing as you didn't why chk the river? Seems like you miss a ton of value which more than comnpensates for the times villian shows a b/d flush.

Hand 2 seems OK, I sometimes raise p/f here after the button limps. And I sometimes lead turn too, as played I prolly call river.

Hand 1 - 3-bet preflop, bet flop, raise turn, bet river

Hand 2 - Raise flop, make it 8 on turn, call river

hand 1 is weird... p/f is fine I guess, but then at least c/r turn... I guess I would have made 4.5-5$ on turn myself

hand 2 raise flop to 3-4$, raise more on turn if he bets out, else make it 3/4 pot or so...

Draws started coming out on the turn, I'd bet more to protect it.

yeah, I was going for a c/r on the flop, not quite sure why I didn't follow through with it on the turn. turns out villian had KJ, and I felt really dumb for not taking his stack there.
