Has won at showdown like 1 or 2 out of 8 times.

What's my plan for this river? Would you do anything differently earlier in the hand?

Well played, I bet more on the turn maybe like 15-16 as hes not gonna fold any draw. River looks like a shove against this guy. I wouldnt blame you if you checked and I can overplay these hands some (ie value stack myself), but hes 50vpip, he could easily have another Q.
