I would raise the turn and fold to any other activity. As played I would call the river, he may think you were drawing.

The only reason to raise that turn is to get a free showdown. So you could raise the turn to $9 and not put another cent in, but I never take this line. I cbet that flop though, check behind turn and prob fold to a decent sized river bet or bet if checked to. As played idk, its probably a good fold, but by checking the flop you just let him take it away from you.
