KTs on paired board with paired K. Bad line?

Ok this is my first post. I am having trouble with paired boards when I have the unpaired card. Am I too agressive/ to passive? Is this just donk play? Please any insights are very welcome.

I don't think you can call that turn c/r...its pretty strong and your hand is marginal at best
