Apologies for not knowing how to work hand converter but this is a straight forward scenario. A player utg raises 5xBB. Folds round to me on button I have 99. I call hoping for a set and busting him. Flop A 9 8. A dream. he checks, i bet, he calls. turn is a blank. he checks, i bet, he min raises, i push. he has AA. what is the prob of this? (5xBB?)

You didn't make a mistake by not folding your set on the flop. You were just unlucky. Things like that unfortunately happen in poker from time to time.
