Licensed Poker Sites in Poland and Italy

Are there currently any licensed sites in Poland or Italy? If not, does anyone have information on the timeline for licensed sites and regulations in either Poland or Italy or where I could obtain more information? If I have a dual citizenship and address in one of these countries can I play on these sites if I am physically in the US?

Bump, anyone? I thought it was legal and licensed in Italy since Jan 2007.

Hi . I think you can find a list of autorized PR at www.aams.it (http://www.aams.it) which is the site of the State monopoly for gambling .
