Was the second hand after sitting at the table so no major reads. Could I have played this hand better and was the fold to the river bet correct? Thoughts would be highly appreciated.

I'm not sure why you overbet the pot on the flop; betting pot would do just fine here. On the turn, I think you didn't bet enough. I'd like to see this at least $1.50.

I think the river is close. You're getting just under 5:1, and I think you may be good here often enough to make the call.

Whats with the overbet on the flop? Trying to protect against the flush draw or something?

Turn you need to pot it. This isn't a board that you can screw around on because if that flush card hits you're toast.

River is meh, could go either way.

i think the turn bet is to low. Make it 1.75 on the turn and let him pay for his draw.
Without any reads i would call the bet getting 4.8 to 1.

Folding K9s on the button here is pretty weak-tight.

People chase everything so I was trying to protect it. Maybe should have bet harder on the turn as many of you said. Thanks everyone.

Folding PF is terrible. Both raising and calling are fine, I'd probably raise here. As played, bet more on the turn, $1.50-$2. I'd call the river, sucks that the flush came in but you're getting 4:1 and I think you've got the best hand at least 20% of the time.
