Villian in this hand is another unknown. I've been at the table for maybe 20 minutes and neither of us have done anything out of line or been caught bluffing.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter (http://www.legopoker.com/hh/))

SB: $18.30
BB: $50
<u>Hero (UTG): $59.05</u>
<u>CO: $60.40</u>
BTN: $68.10

<font color="black">Preflop:</font> Hero is dealt Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif A/images/graemlins/spade.gif (5 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $1.75</font>, CO calls $1.75, 3 folds

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($4.25) 2/images/graemlins/club.gif Q/images/graemlins/club.gif J/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $3</font>, CO calls $3

<font color="black">Turn:</font> ($10.25) Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO checks

<font color="black">River:</font> ($10.25) 6/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $4</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to $18.50</font>, Hero calls $14.50

Pot Size: $47.25 ($2.35 Rake)

Fairly standard? Bet more on river? What if he shoves river?

Were you going for check raise on the turn? I would have bet the turn in case he was drawing.

river seems standard, he may have QJ, but thats unlikely.

I checked the turn for a bit of deception if he checked behind, but yes, I was going to check-raise and probably call a shove. I only had about 600 datamined hands on him and he had been particularly aggressive on the flop and turned. From his stats it looked like he had slowed WAY down on the river.

well - standard would have you betting like 7-8. I thought you made that river bet as a fake blocking bet so CO would raise you - which is what you got.

So basically - if you made the $4 bet as a fake blocking bet - i'd say very nice play... however, if not, then bet more on river
oh - and you should definitely be calling this.

Yes, it was a fake blocking bet. I insta-called his raise.
