I don't like to usually, because theres a good chance he'll raise.. you did pick up some extra outs, but the 9 didn't really change anything (from what he perceives is your range) so he isn't gonna fold if he called the flop.. I wouldn't mind a check-raise semibluff here though, just because it looks so strong.

check call for sure. If he has a draw also you want him to draw, and you have a possible 12+ outs against a weak made hand and will probably get paid off if you hit your Q (maybe your A, its a toss up). Betting could force him to fold his flush draws/weak made hands, which is probably a bad thing in this case.

wow missed the gutshot. Yeah check/raise bluff looks OK too.
