I am the owner of repealuigea.com and I can assure you that our intentions are good, and have every interest in having the UIGEA repealed. The site is not ready yet and we are about to add a plugin for wordpress to move the petitions there, we are also looking at alternatives to collecting email addresses since this is absolutely not what we want to achieve.
