Hello, my first hand posting in 2+2 /images/graemlins/smile.gif

No reads on villan only 20 hands. This was the third time in a row that he open-raised on the button when folded to him.
villain was 30/10/2 from those hands...

Would you guys call this flop shove?

Sure, you're getting 3:1 and it's a 4-bet pot preflop (I probably just stick it in preflop) If you don't wanna call this raise, don't bet the flop.

Generally if I'm not pushing to a 4bet with Kings only 100BB deep, then I definately push any flop without an ace. Get it in.

Well one side of the coin you beat AJ/QQ on the other side of that coin he doesn't usually have those hands. Tough spot but I never fold. That doesn't mean calling is right though because I don't think it is.

Exactly.. you got in a sticky situation with your actions earlier in the hand. This call is almost necessary given how much is in the pot and how little you have to call, but I don't like it.

I think this is AA/QQ

Tough spot indeed. I figure he would re-raise me PF in position with QQ but would also with AA. maybe i should'nt lead bet on the flop for 1/2 pot...

[/ QUOTE ]FWIW this is exactly what I think but add in a chance of JJ and TT and it's a terrible call.

[/ QUOTE ]Actually, even if you add JJ and TT its still a call:
AA/TT/JJ = 12 combos
QQ = 6 combos

Odds we beat his range: 1:2
Pot odds: ~3:1

Ugh...... I haven't read the rest of the replies, you are ONLY beating ONE hand given the action QQ, would someone 3-bet with AJ here?

I am leaning towards folding as played........ But why did you not Push PF?

I almost never bet that flop. If you think there is a decent chance he has QQ you have to CRAI so he thinks you have AK. I agree that this is AA ALOT more than QQ however..

I would get it in PF. And as played, check/raise the flop.
