Sorry... No read on villain. They always seem to find me (or I find them) on their first couple orbits.

Seems fine, folding sucks, push sucks(even though he has very little left). With a smaller flush it's alot closer.

I think you played the hand well. At what point in the hand did doubts arise how to proceed? Why did you feel urged to past this hand?

Yea, from an Sb completion, I have to call here too......... though of late I have been wlaking into flush over flushes with some frequency (On 3 suited boards too)

I guess I was wondering if I just check the river... I made my hand pretty transparent, so there's not too many hands that I beat that call... maybe A2 or something, but am I still ahead of a c/r'ing hand enough to call here? It's $10 to win $27... I guess a read would of made a big difference here.

Your opponent could have an aces-high flush or perhaps a full house. I would pay him off. I think there are a lot of opponents who would play this way with trips or a lower flush.

Not betting the river would be very bad. This line is fine, but I would bet more on the turn.

Your hand is never that transparent in blind battles as you think, don't be too paranoid. Villain can have you on a 7 weak kicker often enough to c/r the river. Like Isura said, pot the turn and call the c/r. Rest is variance.
