Line 21, where do I write "gambling"?

Last year, I scribbled in the margin "gambling, see attachment", and then attached a printout titled "other income" of my winnings or losses each day I gambled to the end of my taxes. Is there a more professional way to do this?

You can put that in the blank space on line 21 to the right of "other income" and to the left of the space to put your number. If the total involves a calculation, put "see attachment" in this space, put your total on line 21, and attach your calculation on a separate sheet with your return.

This is how I've seen people report other income in general on line 21 when they file their federal returns.
