this one is close.

balugawhale theorum states that this is a fold.

but given this being a blind battle/this type of board, its closer.

i think you should probably still fold, but i have a difficult time doing so.

I don't fold this but a fold is probably good.

Villain is passive so I doubt he's doing this with just a jack. He could be slowplaying KK or QQ though which is more likely than a set.

If you think this could ever be a move with a pair + FD or worse you have to get it AI.

if there wasn't a flush / straight draw out there would be an insta fold IMO, obviously that 2 didnt help him, so he might have slowplayed a set of fives or eights, or maybe even two pair blind vs blind.
I would fold here giving him credit for a set, unless I knew he would play back blind vs blind, or play draws this way, then all my chips get in the middle.
