I'm eating less Taco Bell because I recently analyzed my diet, and I'm taking in 3x more sodium than my daily allowance. Ouch.

Are you overweight, have hypertension, or have some other health problem? Otherwise, sodium isn't really that big of a deal. Its gotta be way down the list of negative health consequences to the TB.

EDIT: Sorry, no strat in BBV.
