Yeah, I think the exposure alone is good. Much more eyes on CNBC than C-SPAN.

I agree, "our" guy was much better than the other guy. I'm glad his first reponse to the challenges was for the US to get on board and regulate it. Perfect reponse.

I think our guy did a very nice job presenting our side. The other guy had very poor arguments and didn't come off well at all. I think this interview is a positive thing for us, I like others wish it was longer so all the key points can get addressed thoroughly.

Great interview. The pro-gaming side fared much better, and you could almost feel the host's opinion shift halfway through.

Short but sweet. Great clip and made "our side" look good. It's about time Lawrence got some TV coverage.

Was this zogby poll ever substantiated? I remember seeing stories that mentioned this, but I never saw the actual poll anywhere. The poll I did see was the one conducted by Rasmussen, which put public opinion on the issue at 50/50.

I wanted to spit in the face of Mr.Duke, the anti-gambling guy. It just makes me so sick to listen to morons who think that we aren't capable of making our own decisions so we have to be treated like 2 years olds.

Our guy totally pwned that debate.

Walters creamed this guy. IMO he's got the right angles. Set up the other side as dishonest by pointing out the way the bill was passed, then move the argument towards "Off-shore" concerns and win the debate by welcoming regulation.

I have very little faith in polls. I tend to agree with the opposition guy when he says you can make a poll say anything you want. That said, he would certainly use poll numbers if it were on his side. Its easy to discredit something thats not in your favor.

One key item. The opposition loves to use the gambling child argument. Our guy easily countered this asking for regulation. Thats huge in my opinion.

One thing I think our guy missed, we argued about gambling in casinos but can't gamble at home. The opposition claimed there are plenty of gambling options everywhere and available. Our guy never argued this point where it is simply not true for the majority of Americans that live 2+ hours from casinos.
