claimed neteller account with 10k +

who filed last year and claimed their neteller account and that it had 10K + and were audited? Did anyone here get audited just by claiming a foreign bank account?? Is russ fox being a bit overzealous in his claim that just by filling this form out..you will be audited??

it increases your chances of being audited A LOT but it's not 100%. Still i think maybe it's better to do it than not...
