When it comes to WTO laws that they violate, the US Government seems to want to ignore them. But when the US is the party hurt...its off to the WTO they go.

1. US accuses China of allowing IP piracy.
2. Antigua, as a sanction, contracts with China pirates to allow for piracy based in Antigua
3. US cannot complain, due to WTO win by Antigua, "Leverage says I".

Outcome ?

A. China buys Antigua, or
B US invades Antigua, or
C US outlaws betting on horseracing, or
D.Antigua makes more from piracy than from gaming and throws out Calvin Ayres, or
E.US settles dispute with China and goes after Antigua with a vengence .... see B above.
