1) Call banks to find which ones let Americans have accounts
2) Go to Canada and open said account

Go ask a teller in a bank, they will tell you what you need to know.
Or you can google Canadas Top banks - I would immagine they are TD, CIBC, and RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) - call them and ask for further instruction
