Limp reraiser is 30/20/2

Donkey in middle is 67/20/3

I probably screwed this all up.. first thoughts.. wtf is a 30/20 limp reraising.. would he do that with AA? I was like wtf I don't get it.

Donkey will stack off with pretty much any pair.. gutshots.. overcards, flush draws etc.

Ok.. how do I screw this hand up less.. lead the flop and find out wtf the limp reraiser has? I thought I hit gin when the donk shoved and was hoping the guy behind would fold to leave me heads up with him. He might have if I had lead out and the other guy 3 bet me all in.

This was horrible, if you're making the flop call its for like ... set value, which is fne b/c u can go 3way and get sick iodds.. otherwise just assume you're beat

Obviously I wasn't thinking properly at the time.. I know it's awful.. even if I was ahead preflop T's and J's both got there.. and K's and A's were ahead all along. I can still beat AKc on the river though.

yeah, but that's the only hand. even if the donk doesn't have you beat, utg almost surely does.

So check fold the flop?

These limp raises are usually AA in my mind. I call pre-flop and am very careful post flop. I'd probably fold to his PSB on the flop. That might be too nitty.

Edit: This is definitely check/fold on the flop. TT and JJ got there. You're not ahead of anything.

the flop was terrible for your hand.. what do you beat on this flop?? only AK and 99 stand out to me. I think if you were going to play this for stacks, you should have 4-bet pf. As played if you didn't hit your set you are gone because if you didn't 4-bet pre you must have been afraid of AA or KK..

oftentimes, the limp RR does not mean aces, it means a hand like 99, TT or some middle pair who thinks their hand is probably best pre. I would probably 4 bet the flop to like 12 and probably fold to a push..

Seeing a 30/20 limp-rrz would confuse the hell outta me too. Im probably b/f here I think. As played I fold to his PSL.

I think b/f would be best, and not putting another dime in if he smooth calls.

Usually when someone limp, 3 - bets pre I look to see what position they're in and if it makes sense for them to do it w/ AA/KK and expect a raise from behind. Coming from UTG this is very likely to be the goods so I call PF and fold to his PSB on the flop. As others have said the only hands you're ahead of are AK/99/air.
