Villain is 81/19/1.5 over 25 hands. No specific reads not indicated by the numbers. My TPTK on another table was taking heat from a PF 3-bettor (we chopped) so I was distracted and checked flop without thinking. Did this induce action from this fish or should I wait for a better spot?

he probably spiked some weird 2 pair or gutshot on you

i also call, but i'm not too surprised if I see him turn over a set.

Calling an all-in on the river with only one pair is bad almost every time. Fold!

I agree river raises usually = nutlike hands- slowplayed set/floped str8 I'm guessing -something slowplayed.

looks like a set, overpair or aj - no way i'd put him on a gutshot. Your flop check definitely induced action from weaker hands even still I'm folding this and waiting to stack him with a proper hand.

You canīt call here! Iīve lost tons of money like this. River raises = strong hands

Even getting 2:1 this was probably a bad call.
