Converted it for you.

I raise more pf, to 6-6.5. On the flop you absolutely must raise. 100% always. He bets less than 1/3 PSB, which is an awful move on his part and also screams

I AM A PLAYER ON A DRAW I WILL BET ANYWAY SMALL AMOUNT I AM SNEAKY LOLOLZORS

This is a draw so much of the time that not raising the flop to 16-20 dollars is criminal. As played, I'm not sure. It looks like a draw hit, but the bet is again donk-sized, he could still be chasing a flush. I probably call.

Also, RAISE FLOP.

Yes, you have to raise this flop. Don't let villain set his price to continue in the hand. I also agree that draws make up a good portion of his range.

even with the call behind my raise pf...screamed QQ-TT

If Villain donks into me on this flop (flush/straight draws), I'm raising every time unless I have a specific read. I like a raise to 16ish, and call a push. I really think you need to play for stacks here, without a read.

As played, I'd call the turn and any reasonable bet on a blank river.

You have to raise here he's probley trying to draw cheap when villian donk bets in to you never be scared to re-raise him, his 4$ bet is almost always some sort of draw.

not to be rude, but the pf call does not scream TT or QQ.

Instead, it screams "I have two cards!". On the flop, he most likely has a drawing hand on this board. And the donk bet screams drawing hand as well.

Don't be afraid of hidden monsters all the time. Usually AA is good here.
