Flop c/c Turn c/f line - possible leak.

I seem to do this too much. Call the flop with something like second pair and then fold to another bet on the turn. Is this a big leak?

For example UTG+1 raises and I call with 88 in MP. Flop comes Q56. He c-bets 3/4 of the pot and I call. Turn is another rag. He bets 3/4 of the pot again and I fold.

I wouldn't indescriminantly always call with 2nd pair. I'd like to know my opponent and that he is aggro enough to warrant raising some of his cbets. Also unless you know that he will completely give up once called on flop, then you probably wouldn't want to call his cbets in the hand you described but rather raise them because your hand is still very vulnerable.
