Bet the turn for sure. There are so many draws out there and he's obviously being stubborn.

If you don't, it can make the river very difficult if he is a thinking player. What if he bet 2/3 Pot - Pot on this river? It's a bad spot to be in.

I would bet about $20 and call a push. If he calls, checking behind on the river is clearly correct.

no, good line. WA/WB, check turn and river behind is fine. You may be able to find a river bet there, but meh.

Calling the flop is fine as well if line continues as posted.
