Playing a Flush Draw when board pairs

Villian looked tight after about 30 hands he was 18/10. No AF but he certainly hasn't got out of line.

I don't know what happened to the stacks but effective were about 100 bb.

I am getting odds on my flush draw but how much do you factor in the board pairing?

i rarely chase on paired boards. I think a fold and a call are good in this spot.

I think you fold this spot.
Although you are getting pot odds, and normally I'm not worried about paired boards, you're out of position and you are (barely) getting odds to call. (Keep in mind, there's a decent chance 3c is not an out for you)
