Villain seems to be a donk : VPIP 68 PFR 16 AF postflop 1.7 then, i try to get in a lot of hands with that guy.
Is his betting pattern showing weakness? (i'm not familiar with nl10 yet, so any comments appreciated)

Just because he raised PF doesn't mean he has a K. He could have raised with AQo or something. So you want to lead this flop. You'll fold anything less than a K often and you'll get paid off more if you hit your flush.
