Looks like a fairly easy fold.

i like a turn bet... he's 95% vpip, but over how many hands? i could be 95% too if you only saw me play 10 hands.

fold river

I like turn bet because

- it has a lot of value against this opponent. He'll call with any pair or K high
- no need to think about pot control since he is passive calling station
- lots of bad cards can come on the river. He can have a J,K,A, something that makes a straight or a flush or a two pair. There's almost no river cards that are "safe". Giving a free card here is bad and betting now gives the option of checking behind if/when a scary card comes

In general, against a 95VPIP donk you absolutely have to value bet your good hands. And value betting turn >>> value betting river here.

He was 95% over a significant number of hands. Moreover, the way I saw him play was in line with this stat.

I felt a bit sorry about posting this hand after the first two responses because a river fold is quite obvious despite him being a donk and I didn't really think about this enough before posting the hand.

Now I'm glad that I did because I got all the other responses about my turn play.

FWIW he had 6/images/graemlins/heart.gif 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif
