Your turn bet looks quite weak. I'd be more inclined to bet 2/3 - 3/4 pot here to get the most value from weaker aces and draws. Once he c/r you here it's highly unlikely your pair is good.

I too would bet more on the turn but I think your fold to the RR is fine. Also, at 10NL with all the calling stations I try to get closer to a PSB on the flop when there is a FD but it probably wouldn't have mattered here if he had a K.

the think that i dont PSB the flop with a TP is, that i don't want to make the pot so big that i would be commited with just a TopPair
