I would raise almost always. Make it like $3.75

What do I do if villain 3-bets pot sized, or pushes?

What is is range for leading the river, and what part of that range pays of a raise?

Welllllll.. then it comes down to reads.. is he a big donkey? I prolly am willing to get my chips in.. is he reasonably sane then I'd probably fold figuring he has TJ or something else that beats us. You just have to think.. would he do this with a Q? prolly not.. with a K???? some people would.. most aren't going to be shoving though. You're tying with most 9's.

Alot of your hands involve limped pots.. I raise that [censored] up if I'm playing it from that position.

Eh, check the flop. No need to semibluff in a 4-way pot when you can take your free card. I would usually raise the river to 4-5 and expect to get called by most higher Kx and maybe even some Qx.

If I got re-raised on the river I would probably be a little worried because we are quite deep. Without reads I would usually evaluate the size of the raise and his timing (meh), but I usually wouldn't be very willing to let this one go at 10nl. Sure he could have JT or a higher 9 there (A9,T9,98 are quite logical too), but imo we should be seeing enough slowplayed high K's and maybe even KQ or AA to call. Shoving over his re-raise would be a bad idea readless.

Edit.

Forget what I said about T9/98.
