Opponent is a typicl donkey; bleeds chips slowly. No numbers, from what I have gathered, he does not fold as often to my PF raises as the rest of the players. I raise liberally in LP.

UTG checks, Hero ???????

My thaughts:
flop most likely missed him
the turn was a blocking bet

I'm not sure my line was a good one. What should I have done instead? Also, as played, what should I do on river?

If you think he is holding over cards then the 6 is a good river to bluff on. Realistically I think your only way to win this hand is to bet. I'd fire 13.

I don't bluff the river, he's calling too much, often even w/ a 5. And if I re raise turn I bet like $9ish.

Preflop is fine, flop is fine. I dont know why you raised the turn, I dont really see how he has indicated that he's going to fold given action so far - I dont know that I like to fold the turn, but I might just call here.

River, again he hasn't shown any indication that he wants to fold here so Id just give it up and check behind. He has caught some piece of the board here and I dont think you have any FE.
