Call or raise?
After the turn bet UTG has $5.35 left. If I just call this bet, I'll be getting 2.75:1 to call a possible push on the river.

If UTG has a T, he has only 2 outs (5 with AT). JJ+ seems unlikely and so does 97 and J9.

Any reads ? Besides him being a donkey ? I see this often, some villains do this when they are drawing and some think they can induce big reraises. So just call turn and reevaluate river.

When people donkbet I usally call them down for cheap to find why they donkbet and make a note of it. Information is power my friend.

With three other players on the flop, there's a good chance that you are beat here. I'm just calling the turn, and calling a reasonable river bet. Beware when these little donkbets turn into huge value bets on the river.
