I have been playing alot of 10NL this weekend and I noticed a trend that REALLY started getting on my nerves. about 70% of the time I made a raise PF in position a limper would call and then donk bet about a third of the pot into me on the flop. This leaves me wondering what to do for example if I have AQo and the flop is T62 rainbow and I whiff completely or if i raised w/ 77 and the flop was QJ5. I tried raising these light bets and was called down several times to be shown middle pair or a small pocket pair or an occasional really good hand. I am also wondering whether I should Raise or simply call these donk bets if I hit a strong hand like TPTK.

I was hoping to get a little insight into what others do in these types of situations as I seem to get donk bet mercilessly.

Call down if you have correct odds to do so, and fold if you dont. Assume that villain has hit the board in some way and go from there. Simple really...
