This guy has sat for around 50 hands and no showdowns yet. Ive seen him been bet out of 7/8 of pots so I feel like i can raise here and take out the SB/BB and maybe villian preflop. At worse I can c-bet. I try c-bet he shoves I tank and fold cus even though I dont think he has the K here. Is this a good fold? I put him on FD...maybe weak K10/K9 etc..

ez fold, Best case scenario is that he has a FD and even then he probably has an ace so youre only a small favourite.

If blinds are folding stations then preflop is fine.

Why the hell are you raising here? You're rarely gonna take it down preflop at NL10, and you have an absolutely terrible hand. You're gonna end up in way too many marginal situations like this one. So unless you have amazing postflop skills, which it appears that you don't since you're asking this question, just give it up preflop.

I agree Q3o is auto-fold, but you can find rocks even at NL10. If you see blinds have VP$IP at 10% then I would raise any hand here. But...

- I would make a smaller raise. $0.3 - $0.4
- I would bet 3/4 of the pot on the flop

I have to second that, though. Fold preflop. There are better hands to steal blinds with. Actually I can't think of worse.

That's especially true with someone who got pushed around a bit. Sooner or later he will play back. The question is, is he weak-tight or on tilt. Most likely the first, maybe a bit of both, in any case, you are probably beat. On top of that you have to ask yourself if you think he has no king or if you want him to have none. And then the same procedure for a queen, because that has you beat, too.

So, yes, this is a good fold. It would have been much better if it was a bit sooner, though.

Agreed. I think about 1/3 of the table is rock tight. I see guys running like 10/8 and 12/8 etc. all the time. Of course you still get the nice 68/12
